Welcome to What-A-Print 3D (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, catalog, online store, products, and services. By accessing our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase products from us.
1. Products
What-A-Print 3D sells 3D printed miniatures, terrain, dice towers, tabletop role-playing game accessories, hobby supplies, and related products.
Product listings may include descriptions, photographs, scale references, dimensions, material information, assembly notes, and finishing recommendations. We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately, but colors, textures, dimensions, and surface finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings, printing processes, resin or filament characteristics, hand-finishing, curing, supports, sanding, priming, or other production factors.
Unless otherwise stated, products are sold unpainted, unassembled, and unfinished.
2. 3D Printed Product Notice
Our products are made using 3D printing technologies, which may include resin printing, filament printing, or other additive manufacturing methods.
By purchasing 3D printed products from us, you understand and agree that:
- Small layer lines, minor support marks, tiny surface imperfections, slight warping, small bubbles, or minor variations may be present.
- Some products may require light sanding, cleaning, curing, assembly, priming, or hobby finishing before use.
- Thin parts, fine details, weapons, wings, banners, spikes, and other delicate features may be fragile.
- Resin printed items should be handled with care and kept away from excessive heat, prolonged direct sunlight, and small children.
- Products may not be suitable for rough handling, heavy impact, or use as toys.
These characteristics are normal for 3D printed hobby products and are not considered defects unless they substantially affect the intended use of the product.
3. Age and Safety Disclaimer
Our products are intended for hobby, display, tabletop gaming, and collectible use by adults and responsible hobbyists.
Products may contain small parts, sharp points, brittle components, or other features that may present a choking hazard or injury risk. Our products are not toys and are not intended for children under 14 years of age unless clearly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for using appropriate safety precautions when sanding, cutting, drilling, priming, painting, gluing, or otherwise modifying products. Always use proper ventilation, protective equipment, and safe hobby practices.

Registered Shop, Store, and Vendor Site Visitors:
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and payment information.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or modify any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
- Inability to verify payment or shipping information
- Production limitations

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion of the order.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be received before an order is processed, produced, or shipped. We may use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By submitting payment information, you agree to the terms and policies of the applicable payment processor.
We are not responsible for payment processing delays, declined transactions, chargebacks, or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
6. Production Times
Many of our products may be made to order. Production times vary depending on order volume, item complexity, material availability, print success rates, post-processing requirements, and other factors.
Any production or processing time shown on our website is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to complete and ship orders within the stated timeframe, but delays may occur.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Since our primary business model is focused on providing 3D printed miniatures, terrain, dice towers, tabletop role-playing game accessories, hobby supplies, and related products to and through local shops, stores, and vendors. We do NOT ship through traditional means, rather all orders are hand delivered to the shop, store, or vendor that made the order unless other arraignment’s are made.
Shipping costs, available carriers, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout or otherwise communicated before purchase.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
8. International Orders, Customs, and Import Fees
If we offer international shipping, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, tariffs, or other charges imposed by their country.
We are not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, rejected shipments, or fees assessed by customs authorities.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may be legally imported into their destination country.

Unless otherwise required by law, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom products
- Commissioned prints
- Personalized items
- Made-to-order products
- Digital files, if any
- Opened, altered, assembled, primed, painted, sanded, glued, or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at [Contact Email] within [Number] days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
At our discretion, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, partial refund, or refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
10. Damage During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please retain the product, packaging, shipping label, and all packing materials. These may be required for a carrier claim.
We may request photographs or additional information before issuing a replacement or refund. Failure to provide requested documentation may limit our ability to resolve the issue.
11. Custom Orders and Commissions
Custom orders, print commissions, scaling requests, color/material requests, and special projects may require additional communication, design review, estimates, deposits, or approval before production begins.
By approving a custom order, you confirm that the specifications, size, scale, material, and other details are correct.
Custom orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun, unless otherwise required by law or unless we are unable to complete the order.
We reserve the right to refuse custom work that involves prohibited, infringing, unsafe, offensive, illegal, or technically unsuitable content.
